Service Type: Furnace Maintenance Equipment: 2016 Luxaire High-Efficiency Furnace (Builder Model) Inspection & Findings: - Completed full furnace maintenance. - Furnace is operating normally at this time. - Found a small leak at the exterior PVC venting connection. - Repair requires replacement of: - PVC tee - 1/2" to 3/4" barbed PVC adapter - PVC 90 - PVC coupling - Quoted $96 for PVC drain repair. - Client is currently mitigating the small drip. Venting & Moisture Concerns: - Air intake is positioned directly above the gas valve. - During warmer months, condensate drips onto the gas valve and burners. - Rust observed forming on the gas valve and burners. - Concern for burner deterioration over time if mitigation is not performed. - Recommend adding a vent drain diverter and relocating the air intake to the left side of the furnace to prevent ongoing moisture exposure. Service Type: Furnace Maintenance Equipment: 2004 Lennox High-Efficiency Furnace Inspection & Findings: - Completed furnace maintenance. - Inducer motor remains loud and vibrating; condition noted during last year’s maintenance as well. - Older ABS venting inspected and found to be in fair condition; advised regular inspection for cracks or leaks. - Humidifier operating normally. - Burners showing rust and age-related deterioration. - Ignitor resistance reading measured low at approximately 17 ohms, indicating wear; ignitor may not last. - OEM ignitor required for this unit. - Combustion analysis performed and results are within acceptable range.
