Furnace Maintenance: Tightened the bolts connected tto the ventor motor flue exhaust. Media filter was in good condition so kept it as is. Flushed the condensate P-trap and drain lines to maintain clear, efficient flow. Checked pressure switch tubing to ensure reliable performance. Cleaned and polished the flame sensor for optimal ignition. Ran full diagnostics to confirm the system is running smoothly and efficiently. Noticed some built up corrosion on the hot water tank, hot pipe.
**No Heat Service Call – Keeprite Furnace (2006)** **Work Performed:** - Responded to a no heat call for a 2006 Keeprite furnace. - Found the inducer motor not operating and no voltage being sent from the circuit board. - Removed the inducer motor to inspect internal condition — motor was not spinning but the blower wheel is in good condition. - Verified inducer motor functions properly when 120V was applied directly, confirming the circuit board is not providing power. - Circuit board also not sending voltage to the igniter and producing irregular clicking noises; tapping the board caused random activation sounds. **Results:** - Circuit board determined to be faulty and the source of the no heat issue. - Collector box interior found to be muddy upon inducer removal. - Client expressed interest in having the collector box cleaned. **Recommendations:** - Circuit board replacement is required. - If collector box cleaning is performed, replacement is recommended due to proprietary gask

Furnace repair - Daikin furnace not heating. Upon arrival, un able to see flashing liht on control board because the circuit board wiring was blocking it. Took apart furnace and began testing. Ventor motor turning on, Ignitor lighting but no ignition. Tested 26v going to the gas valve. Verified gas valve switch was on. Traced wires to the .10 w.c pressure switch the condensation line. Switch not closing. Inspected and found a blockage in the hose. Blew out condensation line and re tested. System fired up and began operating as intended. Perform combustion anaylsis to ensure system is fully operational and safe …see photos. Tested all other components, everything is in good working order. System is safe and fully operational.
Installed nest thermostat. Had to take G wire and use it as common as there were only 4 wires. Explaines they would lose functionality of the “fan on” setting. They did not use this anyways with the old thermostat. After completion of installation tested heating and cooling to make sure both worked correctly.
Evans Premier Furnace Installation
Lennox furnace maintenance and inspection. Furnace is operating safely and efficiently and in great condition at this time. ERV repair After discussing ongoing problems with tech support found that jumper on control board needed to be cut in order to have the defrost damper operate correctly. After cutting the jumper the damper no longer blocks fresh air from coming in when the ERV is calling for air exchange. Also verified ERV would shut off when set to only run 10/20 minutes per hour. **Work Performed:** Performed maintenance on 2020 Lennox modulating communicating furnace. Found spider webs in the burner tray causing a flame rollout condition. Cleaned entire furnace thoroughly and verified proper ignition and combustion. **Findings:** * Spider webs in burner tray caused temporary flame rollout. * All burners cleaned and operating correctly. * Furnace tested through full heating cycle and all operations are normal. * Furnace in good working order at this time.
