Wes did an excellent job of cleaning the air conditioning unit. During his inspection he found a rather expensive main component that needed replacing. Thankfully the system was under warranty for two weeks longer. Great timing. Thanks to Wes for his diligence in tracking done this component. It was already on order when he left our place.

Lennox furnace and ac comfort club maintenance and inspection. Both the furnace and AC are in great shape and working well at this time. Found no problems or concerns with the equipment during visit. Replaced humidifier pad at furnace.
Lennox AC maintenance and inspection. Performed full maintenance on AC. System was in good shape after cleaning, definitely needed done as it would have struggled with year with the buildup on the outdoor unit. AC is cooling well at this time, all electrical components are in good condition and refrigerant levels are within range. Found no problems or concerns during visit. Signed customer up for comfort club for the next 12 months for the AC.

Performed full maintenance on a Lennox two-head ductless heat pump system. Inspected and tested both heating and cooling modes for proper operation. Maintenance Tasks Completed: Verified operation of both indoor heads and outdoor unit Checked all electrical components and tightened connections Measured temperature drop (cooling) and temperature rise (heating) Cleaned air filters Inspected and verified both condensate drains are clear and draining properly Confirmed system startup, shutdown, and mode transitions Both heads and the system overall are operating normally and efficiently at this time.
Performed annual air conditioner maintenance at a home with four Lennox air conditioners—three of which have been installed between 2019 and the present, and one older unit that, while still functional, is nearing the end of its service life and will likely require replacement if issues arise. Maintenance Tasks Completed on All Units: Cleaned outdoor condenser coils Verified refrigerant levels and measured temperature differentials Checked and cleared all condensate drain lines Inspected and tested capacitors, contactors, and all electrical components Replaced air filters Verified blower operation and airflow Checked thermostat settings and confirmed system response Set all thermostats to 72°F and reviewed thermostat operation with the client All systems are currently operating within normal parameters. Performed no-cooling service on 2009 Lennox air conditioner. Found the unit not running due to a tripped high-pressure safety switch. Manually reset the switch and restored power. Upon inspection, discovered the outdoor condenser coil was heavily clogged with debris, contributing to the high-pressure lockout. Performed full air conditioner maintenance: Cleaned outdoor condenser coil thoroughly Checked refrigerant levels – within acceptable range Verified proper operation of TXV and airflow Measured temperature drop – within normal range Due to the age of the equipment and condition on arrival, strongly recommend yearly maintenance to prevent premature failure and efficiency loss. Furnace and Air Conditioner Installation
Inspection Summary – Gas Bonding Deficiency Identified During inspection, we identified a bonding infraction related to the gas line: the gas-tite piping is not properly bonded. This has resulted in a red tag from Enbridge, although the client still has gas service at this time. The red tag expires on June 25. We will provide a quote to correct the bonding issue by installing a bond wire from one end of the gas-tight line to the other, and then properly terminating it at the bonding bar in the electrical panel. Once this work is complete, we will be able to clear the red tag. No additional service charge will apply when we return to perform this work—the quoted price will remain the same as if it had been done today. Additional Recommendations: Perform a boiler maintenance on the Navien system, including a full inspection of both the space heating and domestic hot water components.
